Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

• We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
• We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Returns authorisation

Before returning any item please email sales @ merseybeat.co.uk explaining the reason for return. you will then be sent a returns code authorisation number. Please include this number on the returns package.

1. Packing the item
   Wrap the item securely and include the invoice and the returns code authorisation number. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
2. Return address

3. We will refund the postage of any recorded-delivery item up to a maximum of £2.00.
